Ogni gioiello è realizzato su ordinazione, il processo di lavorazione è di circa 10/12 giorni lavorativi (ad eccezione delle fedi nuziali la cui tempistica è di circa 4 settimane).
TEMPISTICHE AGOSTO 2026
A causa della chiusura estiva dei nostri fornitori di materie prime, dal 29 luglio 2026 la produzione sarà un po' più lenta del solito.
Il sito però rimane attivo! Tutti gli ordini ricevuti in questo periodo verranno presi in carico e lavorati a partire dal 27 agosto 2026.
Tuttavia, molti dei nostri gioielli sono disponibili con la tempistica lavorativa standard.
Ti consigliamo di contattarci prima dell'acquisto per verificare la disponibilità del gioiello che desideri.

Non appena il gioiello sarà pronto verrà avviata la spedizione presso l'indirizzo fornito al momento dell'acquisto.
La spedizione verrà affidata al nostro corriere espresso e ti verrà comunicato il numero di tracking per il monitoraggio della consegna. Sarà nostra cura fornirti il supporto durante tutto il processo di spedizione.
Le tempistiche standard di consegna sono di 1/2 gg lavorativi, tuttavia possono variare a seconda della località di destino.
N.B. Non siamo responsabili dell'esito di consegna qualora vengano apportate modifiche dal cliente quali: consegna senza firma, consegna presso giardino o cassetta della posta.
Each piece of jewellery is made to order and the process takes approximately 10/12 working days. (with the exception of wedding rings whose lead time is approximately 4 weeks).
AUGUST 2026 PRODUCTION TIME
Due to the summer closure of our raw material suppliers, production will be a bit slower than usual starting from July 29th, 2026.
However, the website remains active! All orders received during this period will be processed and worked on starting from August 27th, 2026.
Nevertheless, many of our pieces are available for standard shipping times.
Please contact us before purchasing to check the availability of the jewelry you desire.

After production of your jewellery is complete, your order will be dispatched using our International Express Courier.
You will be notified of the tracking number to follow the shipment
Prices shown on our website include a Goods and Services Tax for sales in Italy.
Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country.
As the buyer you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
The price of international shipping varies depending on the country.
On all Europe orders over €170 shipping is free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Trattandosi di gioielli realizzati su richiesta, non è possibile accettare resi.
Tuttavia, se ti accorgi di avere errato taglia, contattaci! Saremo lieti di fornirti il supporto e le modalità per procedere con l'eventuale modifica.
Una volta ricevuto l'ordine, la lavorazione verrà avviata, pertanto l'ordine non potrà essere annullato.
Eventuali modifiche (taglia/modello) dovranno essere comunicate entro 24 ore dall'acquisto all'indirizzo: asvaicari@gmail.com.
Ogni successiva variazione comunicata dopo le 24 ore dall'acquisto, potrebbe comportare dei costi aggiuntivi.
All jewelry are made on request, it is not possible to accept returns.
However, if you realize you have the wrong size, contact us! We will be happy to provide you with the support and modalities to proceed with any change.
Once the order is received, the processing will start, so the order cannot be canceled.
Any changes (size/model) must be communicated within 24 hours of purchase at: asvaicari@gmail.com.
Any subsequent changes communicated after 24 hours of purchase may incur
additional costs.
